My girlfriends dd has the AGT with the curly honey-blode hair. She recieved her in December 2002 and she has that grayish color to her. My dd has and AGT with blond hair grey eyes which she also received in 2002 and hers is the same. I think it is a certain batch that wasn't quite right. I am thinking of sending her to the hospital as my dd does not like having her around other dolls that are not grey.

Yes, it is a flaw that occurred on some dolls that were produced during a certain time period. My dd's beloved Samantha is, unfortunately grey-green.
You can call AG and tell them about it and if you get a nice Customer Service Rep, they will offer to replace her for you for free, according to some of our board members.
Unfortunately, my dd is WAY too attached to Samantha to think of replacing her. She looks much greener when she sits next to Nellie.
Welcome to the board! How many dolls do you have?

My Kirsten is very green. She came from ebay so I have no idea what year she is from. It does bother me but since DH gave her to me I couldn't complain.

One AG doll of mine, the today doll in the urban outfit with hazel eyes and short, curly honey-blonde hair has always had a green tint to her skin. Is this a flaw that occurred within the factory? Does anyone else have a "green" doll? I was disappointed that she arrived this way that one Christmas but I wonder if these would be valuable somehow... Thanks for reading my post--I'm new!

A while ago I had a doll with greenish vinyl and wondered about it too. The two dolls I compared were from the same year, both in Mint condition, but one had greenish skin... I really don't know, to answer your question. I am gonna have to wait and see what people reply.

I wouldn't say she's "green", but in 1995 I got a Samantha doll that has always had more of an olive-greenish tint to her skin than my others. But I would have gotten her before you got your green dolls, so I don't know if it's a slight flaw that appears periodically?

Lindsey always has the tendency to turn a greenish/grayish color, too. I don't worry about it much because it's just part of her. If you ask me, AGT 21 is too cute in other ways to worry about her skin.
